coachella, year five
4/10/25
Well hello from the high desert.
It’s that magical time of year again—Coachella. And somehow, this is my fifth festival.
Five years ago, I walked into this thinking it was just another project. I had no idea it would completely reshape how I think about work. That it would sharpen what I love—interactive live streams—and drop me into something so much bigger than I ever would have chosen for myself.
And yet, here we are.
New year. New role. Bigger, in all the right ways. The team leveled up too. And that team…a full group of badasses moving like a symphony. Or a pit crew. Or the best damn road crew you’ve ever seen. Take your pick.
Some things haven’t changed—and thank God for that.
The house.
The Costco run.
The pile of bathing suits and sunscreen.
But the team is a little different this year. And as much as change can feel weird, this one feels right.
Caro is here—my personal safety net when the pressure spikes. One of the greatest gifts Coachella has given me. I wouldn’t have her without this madness, and I don’t take that lightly.
The clients? They’re the real deal. They treat me like I’m part of the team, not just someone supporting it. That’s rare. That’s earned. And yeah—it’s really fucking cool.
Back in Michigan, my brother is holding down the fort with Birdie and Walter. Godspeed to that man.
And out here? Fifty-plus people across the country pulling together to make this thing happen. Plus a few extra cheerleaders in the wings, reminding me I’m not doing this alone.
The days are long.
The nights are electric.
And we’re about to kick off Friday of weekend one.
If you get bored, head over to YouTube and find the Coachella livestream.
Come hang out with us.
Every stage. Live.
From the comfort of your couch.
